  9.       2 tb Cooking oil
  10.     1/4 c  Bitter cocoa powder

  13.       1    Envelope unflavored gelatin
  14.     1/4 c  Cold water
  15.       1 c  Crisco
  16.       1 ts Vanilla
  17.       1 lb Powdered sugar +1 cup

  19.   Mix up cookies take small balls roll them in your
  20.   hands place in cookie sheet bake 350 for 10 to 15
  21.   minutes let cool and put in filling.
